Yesterday was my brithday and the Imagineer I work under hand-made me a birthday card based on conversations where I told him I'm a He-Man and Hello Kitty fan.

Chuck Ballew is the dude that designed and created the Indiana Jones ride, half of Fantasy Land, (including Mickey & Minny's houses), an totally different version of the Tower of Terror ride in Tokyo, elements of Disney World, and so so much more. There's not much about him online, but he's like a behind-the-scenes legend. This is officially the most bad-ass birthday card I have ever gotten ever. EVER. Aside from that, it was a really sweet gesture and I really lucked out on getting him as my mentor at Disney because not only is he like an Art Jedi Master, he's also a super nice guy at that. He's been a huge advocate for me at work and I'm totally honored to have his support. I'm so going to frame this card to preserve in the Hall of Cool Shit for all of eternity!

So yeah, best birthday ever.
